A commercial client doesn’t pay for “pipe replaced.” A property manager needs to see what was found, what was done and why before an invoice gets approved. At RooterPLUS, the invoices that didn’t explain the work came back, and for ten years the office rewrote them so the company could get paid.
Thirty Years Of Service, and the paperwork that Comes with It
RooterPLUS has served homes and businesses across North Georgia since 1994, handling plumbing, septic, sewer and drain work. Its commercial clients are property managers and facilities teams, and every job for them comes with a paper trail: an estimate they can approve and an invoice they can pay without calling to ask what it means.

Ten Years of Rejected Invoices
Technicians wrote their own invoices in the field, but most were only a few words long: “pipe replaced” and not much more. The majority came back rejected. Every rejection landed on the office’s stack, where someone rewrote the invoice from scratch so RooterPLUS could get paid. For about ten years, that stack never went away.
The Demo that ended in Tears
Then the team saw BlueBoost. A technician describes the job out loud, and a clear, professional estimate or invoice is written on the spot. Cathy V., the company’s Commercial Plumbing Manager, cried the first time she saw it. Invoices that used to come back rejected now leave the field already explaining the work.
Since February 2025, RooterPLUS technicians have produced more than 12,800 well-written estimates and 3,300 well-written invoices with BlueBoost, on jobs that have brought in $11.3M in sales. That is also an estimated 1,070 hours of writing the team got back.
